The food drive is done and we can already say that it was a big success. Boxes at the entrance gate and in the classrooms have been filled with non-perishable food. All donations will benefit Feeding America San Diego.

As part of the program in French, students are introduced to coding in Elementary. Coding is not a separate subject, but is taught simultaneously with language skills and calculation.
François Tregouët worked with the two 3rd grade classes, using the Ipads once a week. Students are enjoying a new and challenging activity that requires making hypotheses, self-correction and explanation to other students.
On Thursday, November 5 the food drive at SDFAS started. During the Forum, all students, from 1st to 8th, attended a presentation by the Association Feeding America San Diego.
All classes receives a box where students can bring their donations. This event lasts from November 16 to November 24.
Second grade has done a treasure hunt around the campus. The students are looking to uncover a succession of questions that they need to read and answer in order to get coins and eventually a surprise.
This treasure hunt is one way on work on different skills: situating one self in a close environment and to read a map.
