Children enjoyed baking and making beautiful many great mouth watering creations such as Strawberry Pie, Apple Pie, Pear & Chocolate Pie, Prune Turnover, Brownies, “Fondant au Chocolat et Mûres”, “Financier Framboise Pistache” to name a few.

ASA Tricot Crochet Broderie on Tuesday for 3-8th grade with Marie – Children started this activity by learning basic stitches in Knitting: from Garter to Purl stitches, cast on and off and finished off by switching yarn color. They also learned basic Crochet (single crochet) which was usually not the girl’s favorite activity. For the embroidery projects, they realized diverse assignments such as ornaments, an embroidered heart, cards and other decorations meant to be used for the holidays. Acquired skills: two basic stitches (the running stitch and the blanket stitch).
