On December 16, students presented the Winter Show in the auditorium. This year, the theme was the Four Elements. 1st and 3rd grade played drums and sang Brazilian traditional songs learnt during the first term with Stefanie. 2rd graders presented the rhythms and dance son South Africa, learned with Nomsa. This was made possible thanks to our partnership with the Center for World Music. Musicians sent by the center offer a series of workshops to the students, teaching them musical skills and introducing the culture of the country they represent.
4th and 5th graders performed the plays they had prepared with their theater teacher Meara and Susan. A great show with multi-talented students!
