It has been a busy day at SDFAS on Thursday, April 13th : students have prepared a soup with Girard Gourmet, they have cleaned the campus in the morning and turned the light off for one hour. 3rd to 5th grade students have attended a debate presented by 8th graders regarding climate change.
Students in fourth grade are learning about energy and forces in motion. They experimented with Hotwheels to put into action their understanding of potential and kinetic energy. The students worked together to measure and record the distance their cars traveled under different amounts of force using a data table that they will later graph.
