ASA Yoga

Our yogis have been working on different poses including cat, cow, down dog, up dog, eagle, fish, moon, mountain, tree, warrior 1, 2 & 3, and Savasana. They also work on a varieties of breath including bee and lion. They learned Mantra to calm the mind. The class is filled with music, story time, imaginative play and art to build introspection and empathetic skills that are key in Yoga.
