Guacamole and Salad

Makes: 2 servings 


  • 2 Garlic cloves 
  • 1 roma tomato organic
  • 1 Tablespoon Onion
  • 1/4 cup Cilantro, fresh, organic, 
  • 1 Serrano chile, organic 
  • 1 Avocado, 
  • 2 Limes 
  • 1/4 teaspoon Sea salt 
  • 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric 
  • 1/4 teaspoon Celery salt 
  • 1/4 teaspoon Garlic powder 
  • 1 package of organic leafy greens like arugula, spinach, mixed greens, romaine or other
  • 1 cup of pumpkin seeds or other nut of your choice


  • Mixing bowl
  • Potato masher or big fork
  • 1 spatula
  • 1 small pan
  • 1 cutting board
  • 1 knife


Makes: 4 servings


  • 1 canned of black beans, organic
  • 2 shallots
  • 2 Jalapeños
  • 5 garlic cloves, peeled
  • ½ onion
  • Sea salt
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 2 carrots, peeled
  • 2 cups of spinach, organic
  • 1 cup of broccoli, organic
  • Extra Virgin Olive oil
  • Grain-free tortillas from Siete Brand (Cashew, almond, chick pea, cassava) Get them at most stores.
  • Butter lettuce, organic (to be used instead of tortillas for those who don’t need or prefer to skip the tortilla)


  • 1 large cooking pan
  • 1 spatula
  • 1 cutting board
  • 1 knife
  • Blender
  • 1 pan to heat/warm the tortillas
  • Small wood sticks to keep the burrito together (optional)

Vanilla Chia Pudding

Makes: 2 servings


  • 2 Cups Almond milk unsweetened or another non-dairy unsweetened milk like cashew, coconut, pistachio
  • 1/2 cup Chia seeds, organic 
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract 
  • 1/4-1 teaspoon Liquid stevia- sweet leaf brand (wholefoods, amazon)
  • 1/3 cup Almonds, organic raw or another raw nut or seed like cashews, pecans, pine nuts, pumpkin seeds, walnuts
  • 1 Cup Berries, organic
  • Cashew or other nut butter (optional) – unsweetened 


  • Small mixing bowl
  • 1 fork
  • 1 cutting board

Maru is a celebrity health-nutrition coach, chef, international best-selling author, and former competitive triathlete and marathon runner. Through her education, she discovered a new way of eating that helped her get to a healthy weight and overcome the variety fo health issues and depression that had kept her on medicines for more than a decade 

Today she is on a mission to teach busy people how to prepare SMART meals that are quick, healthy and absolutely delicious. One of her specialties and favorites is healthy Mexican food.

She is passionate about people with knowledge and tools to get healthier, and look and feel amazing using the power of “Healthy Eating that Feels like Cheating™” and natural solutions to support and maximize physical and emotional wellbeing. Her products and programs have already helped thousands of people feel (and look) amazing in as little as 14 days.
