Distance Learning

Under the authority of a County waiver, SDFAS welcomed PK-6 students back to campus for our first day of the 2020-2021 school year on Friday, August 28. Our 7th and 8th graders returned to campus on Tuesday, September 8.

In parallel to in-person on-campus teaching, we have launched robust distance learning schedules (with accompanying academic support) to ensure excellence for learners who have elected to study from home (about 18%).

We remain unwavering in our commitment to bilingualism, community, and exceptional academic and social-emotional learning programs.

Here are some examples of what was done in Distance Learning last school year.
