Echo Info – Fall Edition

Dear Families,

We hope you all had a great summer break, a change of pace, and are ready to return to school. In the Echo Info – Fall Edition, you will find some information to prepare for the new school year. We are on the final stretch editing the Reopening Plan that will be formally announced very soon. Our office is happy to be back for our weekly touchpoint and we are excited for this coming year together.

Communication

Communication with Families

We make every effort to promote efficient communication between SDFAS and families. We channel the information through the Echo Info and your Family Portal (accessible at any time in the Announcements). From time to time, room parents will also send information regarding your child’s class. We encourage you to subscribe to the events calendar, so you get automatic reminders. On the day of major events, we will send a text message via the same channel we use to alert families in the case of an emergency. We commit to sending limited texts. Please do not unsubscribe or you will not receive emergency alerts.

Echo Info

This is the go-to place for all your school needs. Every Friday the Communications Office will send the school’s official bulletin. ProTip: Links are in orange.
