As of now, we are not offering extended care, study hall, or homework help for elementary and middle school students in the first weeks of school.
We hope that we will be able to propose a schedule in the next couple of weeks. We will keep you updated as soon as possible.
Extended Care is optional and is designed to enhance time spent on campus outside of school hours. With the children’s well-being always in mind we provide a stimulating, safe and secure environment.
At the moment, in adherence to the parameters of the SDFAS COVID-19 Plan, SDFAS can only offer afternoon extended care to Pre-K classes for two hours after school. There is a limited amount of spaces available for PK0, PK1, and PK2 as we cannot intermingle students from separate cohorts. We would like to give priority to families where both parents are working.
No extended care on the following minimum days:
Cost of Pre-K Extended Care
Annual Pre-K Extended Care Plan: $1500 (charged through your FACTS Tuition account).
Families with siblings signed up for extended care will receive a 15% discount.
This plan does not include Fall, Winter, and Spring vacation camps.
In the event that the school needs to shut down again, all extended care services not provided will be credited on a pro rata basis.
Late Fees: $5 a minute after scheduled pick up time.
Afternoon Pre-K Pick-Up Procedure
Your child will only be released to a person legally authorized (listed in FACTS). If you need to add an additional person to the list, please update your FACTS account and contact Babeth Esterly for Preschool (email@example.com). The person picking up the student must be prepared to show ID.
To sign out (required by State Law) please use your personal Procare/Kinderlime code on the iPads provided by the school.
