Yesterday, 5th and 7th graders gathered in the auditorium for a “Building Bridges” Workshop. The goals were to get them to better know each other and create relationships, and also for the 5th graders to get answers from their peers on their Middle School experience. The 5th graders had prepared a list of detailed questions, which were answered in small groups by 7th graders. They started the workshop with a “2 truths & 1 lie” ice breaker, and ended up with a group picture on stage.
Thank you so much to all students for their involvement, kindness and energy in sharing with peers, and thank you to the 5th and 7th grades’ teachers for their much appreciated help!
