As part of the Histoire/Géographie French curriculum, the 7th graders have been working on sustainability for several weeks. in 7th grade A, they have identified areas of the school environment for which they strongly thought they could come up with concrete solutions.
In order to take the projects out of the classroom and translate students’ ideas into concrete action, Mrs. Brouder asked Mr. Duran, our Facility Manager, and Mrs. Proto, our DFO, to join in the classroom and listen to the students’ suggestions. Students briefly explained how they worked and presented the concrete solutions that they believed the school could implement.
